BambooHR has brought their services back online. Future syncs will resolve without issue.

This only affects clients that use BambooHR as their user integration and sync. Current user data is not affected and would only generate errors when the next sync occurs if BambooHR is still offline at that time. The rest of the Kudos platform remains up and operational. At the time of this post they are in the process of testing fixes that address the PHP2Shell vulnerability that was identified. Kudos will continue to monitor and provide an update when BambooHR has restored their service.
