Kudos provider GRS will be undergoing maintenance at the schedule time. The main Kudos platforms will remain active, but there will be an interruption with GRS redemptions.

As part of CarltonOne's ongoing investment in platform reliability, scalability, and security, we will be completing the final migration of our systems infrastructure to Amazon Web Services (AWS) on Monday, November 16.
To complete the work effectively, the platform will be unavailable to members during the planned maintenance window from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. EST. If there is any anticipated impact to integrations or customizations, your Client Success team will be reaching out.
